Body Worlds 2: Never before has an exhibition offered such an intimate look at the human body. More than 200 real human specimens—whole bodies, healthy and diseased organs, body parts and slices—present a one-of-a-kind anatomy and physiology lesson. See how your body’s systems relate to one another and work in concert to help you function and survive. View firsthand how lifestyle choices impact your health and how muscles and joints work together during athletic performance.

Other current exhibitions include: Egyptian mummies, gems & minerals, hall of life, N.A. Indian cultures, prehistoric journey, space odyssey, two worlds and wildlife exhibits. Also, watch a planetarium show or IMAX.

Denver Zoo
Visitors can view nearly 4,000 different animals, representing over 700 species -- a rare look at exotic animals like amur leopards, king cobras, black rhinos, coral reef fish, elephants, zebras, vampire bats, gorillas and more.

Butterfly Pavillion
The Butterfly Pavilion is a 30,000 square foot facility covering five acres Westminster, Colorado. Visitors to the facility find themselves surrounded by more than 1,200 free-flying butterflies while walking through the lush, tropical conservatory. A chrysalis viewing area allows visitors to watch the amazing process of metamorphosis as adult butterflies emerge from their gem-like chrysalids. In the Crawl-A-See-Em, visitors can watch, touch, or take a closer look at some of the world’s most fascinating insects and their relatives. They can discover what it feels like to hold a rose-haired tarantula from Chile, a Madagascar Hissing Cockroach or a giant mealworm. At the Water’s Edge exhibit visitors can experience an up-close, hands on look at the animals that live in the fragile habitat of shoreline tidepools including sea stars, sea hares, peppermint shrimp, sea urchins, sea cucumbers, hermit crabs and other marine invertebrates. Other features include outdoor butterfly gardens, a nature trail, museum store and deli.

Ocean Journey
Experience the underwater dining adventure as you are seated around a 200,000-gallon tank home to a wide variety of fish, sharks, stingrays & more! The bottom of the sea decor and inventive menu offer guests a dining experience like no other.
